Cleanlog Solutions is an accounting firm specializing in Real Estate Accounting and Bookkeeping. We keep the books for property owners, house flippers, title companies, property management firms, and construction companies, with expertise in accounting, tax, and financial software companies across the United States and Canada. Every account is reconciled each month, books that have fallen behind are brought current, and income and expense are reported by property and by entity, so you always know where your portfolio stands.
Our team of around 20 in Ahmedabad works overnight relative to US time zones, and a qualified accountant reviews every file before it reaches you. We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, alongside AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, Yardi, and Buildertrend.
Cleanlog was founded and is led by Mohamed Akib Patel, a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and member of the California Society of CPAs.
Meet the Founder
Akib Patel qualified as a Chartered Accountant (the Indian equivalent of a U.S. CPA) in 2015 and began his professional career in 2016, specializing in offshore accounting for U.S. clients. Over the years, he saw that small and medium-sized businesses needed reliable, affordable bookkeeping. That insight led him to found Cleanlog Solutions, which has grown into a thriving firm with more than 20 dedicated professionals. Under Akib’s leadership, Cleanlog serves clients across the real estate industry, including property owners, house flippers, title companies, property management firms, and construction companies, with expertise in accounting, tax, and financial software.
Akib married in 2017 and is the proud father of two. Outside work, he loves traveling and exploring new places, and he balances family life with his passion for adventure.
